Last Updated: Sep 23, 2011 10:49AM PDT

If you experience problems when trying to sign-in to post or to reply to a comment, it may be caused by cookies being disabled on your browser.

Here is how to edit your cookie settings in Firefox:

1. On the menu bar, click on the Firefox menu bar select "Preferences"

2. Select the "Privacy" panel.

3. Set "Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history"

4. Check mark "Accept cookies from sites" and "Accept third party cookies" to enable Cookies, and uncheck it to disable them.

Note: if for security reasons you need to have cookies blocked, you can add Livefyre to the exception list as follows:

1. Click "Exceptions"

Next, type livefyre.com then click "Allow", press Enter.
