Site moderators are key to maintaining smooth, high-quality conversations. They have the ability to ban users, add users to a whitelist, delete comments, approve comments that are pending, search comments, and change conversation settings.
How to add a moderator to your blog:
1. Open your Livefyre site admin panel
2. Click “Site Settings”
3. Under “Site Moderators”, type in and select the Livefyre user name you want to make a moderator
How to remove a moderator from your blog:
1. Open your Livefyre user profile settings page
2. Click “Site Settings”
3. Find the avatar of the moderator you want to delete and click the “x” next to them
