Whenever you create a new post on a blog with Livefyre (which, in “Livefyre speak”, is referred to as “creating a new conversation”), we assign the blog’s original owner as the default author of that post. That can easily be changed so new posts can be properly attributed to other Livefyre users in their LinkBack and public profiles.
How to change the author of a Livefyre blog post:
1. Open your Livefyre site admin panel
2. Click “Conversations”
3. Click on the conversation you’d like to change the author of
4. Under “Conversation Author”, type in the Livefyre user ID that you want to make the author
5. Click “Change Author”
