Unfortunately, not everybody respects the rights of others to enjoy an awesome conversation in a comfortable, friendly setting. For those who don’t abide by your communities norms, Livefyre allows you to ban certain users from commenting.
How to ban a user from commenting on your blog:
1. Open your Livefyre site admin panel
2. Click “Moderate Users”
3. Under “Banned Users”, type the Livefyre ID of the user you’d like to ban
4. Click that user’s Livefyre ID from the menu (or enter their name and click "Ban User")
NOTE: To un-ban a user, simply click “Un-ban” next to their name from the “Banned Users” page
