E-mail notifications are sent to Livefyre users, blog owners, and blog moderators to keep them up-to-date on the latest action in conversations they’re following. Likes, replies, and new comments have granular options that allow you to fine-tune your e-mail update frequency.
NOTE: The settings for conversations you’re following will override the moderator settings so you can set moderator e-mails to “never” and conversations you follow to the frequency you prefer.
How to set the frequency of your e-mail notifications:
1. Open your Livefyre user account settings
2. Click the ‘Email Notifications’ tab.
You can then set your personal notification settings to the following three options:
- Immediately - Instant updates for a conversation you participated in or are following
- Hourly Digest - a single e-mail with recap of the past hour’s conversation action
- Never - You will not receive any e-mail notifications
Once you select the setting of your choice, click “Update”
