If at times you get something wacky like not being able to comment or not being able to see your recently uploaded avatar, you're encouraged to clear your browser cache and cookies. It also helps free disk space and speed up web browsing!
Here is how to clear your cache in Chrome:
on the browser toolbar.2. Select "Tools"
3. Select "Clear browsing data"
4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for "Empty the cache" and "Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data"
5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select "beginning of time" to delete everything.
6. Click "Clear browsing data"
